Special Needs Trust

The Los Angeles lawyers of Tyler & Wilson, LLP represents individuals throughout the formation of Special Needs Trusts as well as throughout the Special Needs Trust management process.  A Special Needs Trust may be used for a disabled beneficiary who receives a judgment, settlement, inheritance or life insurance proceeds to avoid a loss of eligibility for public benefits such as Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medi-Cal.  To be enforced, a court must approve a Special Needs Trust itself, as well as the Special Needs Trustee and any expenditures thereafter by the Special Needs Trust on behalf of the Special Needs Trust beneficiary.
