Juvenile Law

DELINQUENCY

Tyler & Wilson, LLP represents juveniles facing both misdemeanor and felony charges in each of the eleven courthouses in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange Counties. Our team of criminal defense lawyers has experience providing minors with professional help through all stages of delinquency proceedings. Our lawyers understand that juvenile delinquency proceedings are vastly different from adult criminal proceedings and requires not only an experienced attorney, but also one with a caring approach.

DEPENDENCY

Tyler & Wilson, LLP represents parents of juveniles who are the subject of dependency actions in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange counties. When a parent has been accused of neglecting or abusing their child, a dependency petition is filed in Dependency Court to determine whether the child can continue to live in the home with that parent and, if necessary, to determine what the parent must do to satisfy the court that the child can live safely with them in the future. If you have received a dependency petition from the Dependency Court, it is extremely important that you have a lawyer to assist you in keeping or getting back custody of your child.
